Wir wuchsen in einer l\u00e4ndlichen Familie der Provinz auf und widmeten uns von fr\u00fch auf dem Olivenanbau und der Olivenernte.<\/p>

Die Oliven werden dort am selben Tag der Ernte kalt gepresst. Im Winter, wenn die Ernte abgeschlossen ist, wird das \u00d6l in nichtrostenden Beh\u00e4ltern gelagert.<\/p>

Gleichzeitig beginnen die Arbeiten f\u00fcr die Vorbereitung der n\u00e4chsten Ernte: die Vorbereitung des Bodens, das Bespr\u00fchen der B\u00e4ume und die D\u00fcngung mit speziellen \u00f6kologischen Mitteln.
